Key Responsibilities
1. Technical & Clinical Expertise
- Provide expert assistance during clinical procedures, including minor system repairs.
- Train physicians and clinical staff on the proper use of Epione and associated technologies.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product IFUs, best practices, and relevant scientific literature.
2. Program Deployment & Growth
- Lead site launch activities and ensure smooth installation and onboarding.
- Guide surgeons through the learning curve and help expand the pool of Epione users.

3. Relationship Management & Communication
