The ideal candidate for this role is a driven, resourceful, and adaptable recruiter with:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in startups or growth-stage companies.
- Proven success recruiting in highly competitive talent markets.
- Expertise in at least two areas: Enterprise GTM, Corporate roles, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, or Research Engineering.
- Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to dive into both strategic and hands-on work.
- A team-first, low-ego attitude and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in outbound recruiting and complex searches.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
Candidates with proficiency using Lever, Modernloop, or similar tools will have an advantage.
